Vegetable Wedding Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 tub (4 lb.) Chef Francisco® by Heinz Vegetarian Vegetable Soup
  • 2 qts. water
  • 1 lb. frozen spinach, chopped
  • 1 lb. frozen mini meatballs
  • 1/2 cup (4 oz.) orzo pasta, dry

Method

  1. In an 8-quart or larger pot, add Soup, water, spinach, and meatballs; heat until soup reaches 170 degrees F and hold 10 minutes.
  2. Cook pasta and drain well; add pasta to soup.
  3. Reduce heat and hold at 150-160 degrees F for service.
  4. *2 cups cooked
