Vegetable Wedding Soup
Ingredients
- 1 tub (4 lb.) Chef Francisco® by Heinz Vegetarian Vegetable Soup
- 2 qts. water
- 1 lb. frozen spinach, chopped
- 1 lb. frozen mini meatballs
- 1/2 cup (4 oz.) orzo pasta, dry
Method
- In an 8-quart or larger pot, add Soup, water, spinach, and meatballs; heat until soup reaches 170 degrees F and hold 10 minutes.
- Cook pasta and drain well; add pasta to soup.
- Reduce heat and hold at 150-160 degrees F for service.
- *2 cups cooked
